The LM5117QPSQ/NOPB is a high voltage, 3-phase, synchronous buck controller with integrated high and low-side MOSFETs. It is typically used for automotive power train applications, providing a highly efficient power source for vehicle motors such as electric traction systems or hybrid vehicles. In hiccup mode, the controller will latch off the power switches and restrict the current. The current limit is user programmable and is set through an external resistor or by using a logic signal.
