The MT29F4G16ABCWC:C TR is a 4-gigabit (Gb) NAND Flash memory designed for use in mobile phones, digital still cameras, PDAs, and other consumer electronics applications. It is based on 16Gb (1G x 8bit) NAND Flash die having integrated Error Correction Code (ECC) circuitry. The Flash memory is available in 15mmx18mm 76-ball FBGA package. The device has a unique architecture, with an advanced program/erase controller and algorithms for greater endurance, reliability and data integrity.
The MT29F4G16ABCWC:C TR is optimized for use in mobile phones, digital still cameras, PDAs, and other consumer electronics applications, where data integrity and reliability is essential. It is capable of performing all types of memory operations, including read, write, erase and program. The device utilizes NAND Flash – a non-volatile memory technology that stores data in an array of memory cells.
