The PUMD3,165 is an array of pre-biased, open collector bipolar junction transistors (BJT) that have been designed specifically to be used as an input stage interface to micro-controller based circuits. The device is manufactured using advanced CMOS process technology and features a unique pre-biased driver that eliminates the need for external biasing components in order to quickly turn-on the transistors when the micro-controller is enabled.
