TIP32C-BP, also known as C-B Darlington Transistor, is a three-terminal device used to provide current amplification. It is manufactured by Texas Instruments, and is a member of their Wide Bandwidth Power Darlington Transistor (WBDT) family, which is designed for use in high power linear and switching applications, such as power supply and motor control. The WBDT family includes both NPN and PNP transistors, and the TIP32C-BP is an NPN transistor.

The TIP32C-BP is a switching device that operates in both active and saturation regions. It has a high current gain (hFE) of 1000, and is capable of switching up to 5 Amps of collector current.
