UC2706DW Application Field and Working Principle
The UC2706DW gate driver is a high voltage half-bridge MOSFET driver specifically designed for PMIC applications. It is used to drive two N-channel MOSFETs, increasing the power efficiency and driving capacity of systems that require high field-effect mobility. This driver is designed to directly drive two N-channel MOSFETs, allowing for the generation of class D outputs for applications up to 200V.
