UC2715DTRG4 Working Principle
The UC2715DTRG4 works by providing a two-level drive signal to the gate of a power MOSFET, IGBT or GTO. This two-level signal enables faster currents to be switched in and out of the power device and allows for faster switching speeds with less power dissipated in the device itself.
