?UC2708NEG4 is a pulse width modulated (PWM) integrated circuit application field. Industrial automationWorking PrincipleThe UC2708NEG4 is a PWM integrated circuit application field with two phases, each with its own external high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. Each phase can be operated independently, with the control signals coming from separate PWM inputs. The high side drivers provide better matching of on-time when compared to single N-channel drivers, allowing for higher efficiency and higher frequency operation.
