UC2707Q Application Field and Working Principle

The UC2707Q belongs to the family of PMIC – Gate Drivers which are generally used for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs. Such MOSFETs and IGBTs are used for applying a voltage to a load, switching power from the structure and controlling circuits with a load.

The UC2707Q is a high performance, gate driver IC capable of sourcing or sinking up to 500mA of driving current with a voltage supply as low as 9V. It is integrated with a 5V low-voltage logic interface with up to 2.0µs slew rate.
