Working Principle

The XN0431500L is comprised of an NPN BJT (emitter-collector) and a PNP BJT (collector-emitter). Each transistor is isolated by 4 integrated biasing resistors, which are connected to the power supply at two different voltages. This allows the transistors to be pre-biased and increase the gain of the transistors. The BJT array acts as a differential amplifier, where one transistor will be used as an amplifier and the other as a switch.

The NPN and PNP transistors form a push-pull arrangement, where the NPN transistor is a current source and the PNP transistor is a current sink.
