ZVP2106A is a high-voltage, high-speed, logic N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET, which is designed for high critical frequency applications, including telecommunications, notebook computers, mainframe computers and portable computers. It is also used in switching applications. It features very low On-state resistance with fast switching action. This MOSFET has a Common-Source (CS) package design and includes a protection diode built in a single package.

The ZVP2106A is capable of providing very low ON-resistance with a minimum drain-source ON-state resistance (RDS(on)) of 0.22Ω. It also has a very low turn-on threshold voltage (Vth) of 0.72 V and a fast switching speed with a transition speed of 10V/ns.

The ZVP2106A works when a gate voltage is higher than an established threshold level. The channel forms a channel between the source and the drain and current begins to flow. This current is determined by the P channel control gate voltage. The gate voltage is then increased, which increases the drain-source voltage (VDS). This increases the gate-to-source voltage (VGS) and in turn increases the drain current (ID).

The ZVP2106A is used in a wide range of applications. Its low on-resistance and fast turn-on and turn-off times make it suitable for fast switching applications, such as: switching power supplies and DC/DC converters, LCD TV/monitors, automotive electronics, medical equipment, industrial automation, automotive and commercial lighting.
