2N5680 is an NPN silicon pre-biased transistor, which is specifically designed for use in audio amplifiers and driver applications. It is a dual-gate Darlington-structure transistor, with a nominal breakdown voltage of 70V and a continuous collector current rating of 7.5A. It is available in an eight-pin TO-220 package.
