2SC4131 is a NPN silicon epitaxial type high frequency transistor which is mainly used in base station equipment for mobile communication. 2SC4131 is also used in power RF amplifiers, FM/AM tuners, TV tuners and personal computers. It has two pins, base and collector and is generally used with the TO-220 package.
