2SD1060S-JKH-1E Application Field and Working Principle
The 2SD1060S-JKH-1E is a Transistor - Bipolar (BJT) - Single type transistor. It is a semiconductor device which acts as a switch or an amplifier. The 2SD1060S-JKH-1E has both an N-type region and a P-type region which allows it to be able to switch between a low or high voltage. The current required for these operation is called a "bias current" and is created due to the collector-base voltage difference.The 2SD1060S-JKH-1E has a variety of applications. One application is a low noise amplifiers (LNA). LNA amplifies weak signals while reducing noise. Since the 2SD1060S-JKH-1E is a high gain low noise transistor and has a maximum gain of above 65 dB, it is capable and is used in LNAs.The 2SD1060S-JKH-1E is also used as a switch in switching power supplies and even electric motors.
