The AO4840L is an array of N-channel MOSFETs. The components are manufactured using a double polysilicon process with a proprietary level shifter. They are contained in a 5 Lead FlatPac package and are especially designed to be used in a wide range of applications.

The primary purpose of the AO4840L is to provide high-speed logic and power management in various power systems, such as motor invertor control, DC/DC and AC/DC converters, motor drive, resonant converters and electronic ballast applications.
