AO4852 is a high-perfomance enhancement mode vertical DMOS FET array which consists of eight N-channel DMOS transistors in a single chip. Developed by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, this array is designed for low voltage applications, such as Power Management, Motor and LED Driver. It is capable of providing high-current output over a wide range of supply voltages for highly efficient operations.

From the perspective of working principle, each AO4852 transistor is operated by an externally applied gate voltage,which controls the flow of current through the transistor.
