APT33N90JCU2 Application Field and Working Principle

APT33N90JCU2 is a type of Field-effect transistor (FET), mainly a Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-effect Transistor (MOSFET). It is a single terminal voltage-controlled device, used in many applications like usage in power switching devices and amplifiers, to invert and convert a digital signal to an analog signal, etc. It is one of the most versatile electronic components and is highly popular due to its various features.

Working Principle

On the basis of a FET, MOSFET is an insulated gate FET with an electrically insulated gate electrode attached to the channel. It is a three terminal solid-state semiconductor device, made up of silicon or germanium (substrate); semiconductor controlled rectifier; oxide layer; gate electrode and drain or source. Director current flows between drain and source.
