DCX115EU-7-F is a high-voltage NPN Darlington Transistor Array composed of three independent NPN Darlington power transistors with a monolithically integrated pre-biased collector-emitter resistors and a common emitter connection. The DCX115EU-7-F utilizes the Monolithic Darlington configuration to provide inherent and robust dv/dt capability. This transistor array has very low collector-emitter saturation voltage. When the input voltage is between the breakdown voltage and the operating voltage of the device (VDC), a low collector current is allowed.

In saturation mode, the device will turn on and the necessary number of electrons will flow from the collector to the emitter. In this mode, the device will be conducting a high collector current and the dynamic impedance of the transistor will be at its minimum value. In the cut-off mode, the device will turn off, meaning no current can flow from the collector to the emitter.
