The DMC3025LNS-13 is part of a family of compact, inexpensive metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs), which provide excellent power metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFET) plus low on-resistance to offer improved gate control for power switching and control applications. DMC3025LNS-13, specially designed for the automotive environment and circuit protection, can help to address the requirements of the EU Regulation 2000/54/EC, which is designed to reduce the impact of emissions from vehicles. It has a low on-resistance rate of 0.68Ω and high power dissipation of up to 2.5W and is Pb-free/Halide free.
The DMC3025LNS-13 is used in switches, controllers and other circuit applications, where a low on-resistance and a high power dissipation is a must. It is a perfect fit for automotive and other high current, medium voltage applications such as lighting and fan control, power supply monitoring, AC and DC power line control, software control and current limit setting, among others.
