DMG6968UQ-7 is a single n-channel Enhancement Mode Power MOSFET that is designed specifically to improve the functionalities of high side switching applications, such as Battery Management Systems, Automotive and Telecom applications. It is one of the most cost-effective and reliable form of power MOSFETs. Compared to traditional Integrated Circuits (ICs), MOSFETs are more efficient, reliable, and provide better performance.

The DMG6968UQ-7 as an enhancement-mode MOSFET includes an internal gate-to-source voltage (VGS) that controls the drain current when a positive VGS is applied. This is necessary so that the transistors do not conduct current until it is necessary. This makes DMG6968UQ-7 suitable for switching applications where a voltage is used to control the drain current.

DMG6968UQ-7 provides good switching performance in various applications such as DC-DC converters, battery management systems, automotive and telecom applications.
