ES1AL MHG is a series of single-phase rectifier diodes from Toshiba which are used in a wide range of rectifier applications. The MHG rectifiers are capable of carrying up to 15A of continuous current and switching currents of up to 400A. They operate at a forward voltage drop of just 0.85 to 1.35V and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. They are also RoHS compliant and are UL rated.The ES1AL MHG is available in a variety of ratings to suit different rectifier applications.
