A PD55008TR is an n-channel depletion-type, field effect transistor (FET) utilized in radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. FET transistors are classified as voltage-controlled devices and utilize an electric field to control the electric current flowing through a channel between the source and the drain.
This FET transistor is designed for operation at frequencies up to 8 GHz with excellent cutoff frequency and linearity performance.
