RJK1575DPA-00#J5A is a high performance N-channel low power depletion MOSFET. It has an optimal breakdown voltage at 15V with a maximum gate threshold voltage of 1.5V. This MOSFET is designed especially for low voltage applications and features very low on-resistance, fast switching characteristics and strong resistance to avalanche effect.

It has an optimal breakdown voltage of 15V and a maximum gate threshold voltage of 1.5V. Its maximum drain current is rated at 75 A and it has a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V.
