TIP140G is an advanced type of bipolar junction transistor (BJT) which has been designed to deliver exceptional performance in various power applications. It is a double-diffused npn transistor capable of dissipating 60 watts of power in the package. Its collector-emitter breakdown voltage is designed to be low which allows for easy adjustment of the collector current.
