TIP152-S Application Field and Working Principle

TIP152-S is a Darlington Powered Transistor, a type of Bipolar Junction Transistor, also called BJT with a PNPN structure. It is a single transistor capable of handling large current and high-power dissipation operating in the range of -60 to +150°C.

The TIP152-S is formed from two junctions, an NPN and a PNP.
