AO4613 is an array of six N-Channel Enhancement Mode Field-Effect Transistors (FETs) built with Toshiba Semiconductor Corporation’s advanced CMOS technology. The AO4613 transistor array raises the voltage level in a system and is able to sink or source up to 600mA when properly configured.

The AO4613’s main purpose is to reduce the number of components needed in the circuit design. By using the AO4613, engineers are able to create more complex and reliable designs with fewer transistors and other components.
