AOD526_DELTA is a single N-Channel MOSFET with discretely adjustable thermal parameters. It is designed for low RDS(on) and low gate charge applications. The device can be used in applications such as DC/DC converters, general purpose power switches and inductive switches. The AOD526_DELTA has an adjustable thermal parameter (i.e. adjustable drain-source on-resistance, drain-source drain-source on-voltage, gate-source leakage current, gate-source threshold voltage, output capacitance and drain-source on-resistivity) that can be adjusted to suit the user’s requirements.
The AOD526_DELTA is a MOSFET family of devices designed to provide low power loss, high reliability and easy to use temperature compensation.
