AOD538 is a single-channel N-channel JFET advanced Metal Oxide Semiconductor (MOSFET) built on a monolithic structure. It is designed to perform as a low-level amplifier, switched-mode power supply, Line Driver and Driver, Subsonic Filter and PI Controller.AOD538 is a low-cost, low-power and highly reliable MOSFET that is widely used in many different applications and available in many different packages. It is ideal for applications where low power consumption and cost are important, such as in portable devices. It is also used in applications where efficiency is important, such as in motor drivers, controllers and power amplifiers.The working principle behind the AOD538 is based on the metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor, commonly known as the MOSFET.
