The AOD526 is a diamond MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) device that shows excellent performance in many different applications. AOD526 is one of the most popular single-gate MOSFETs today due to its low power loss and high gain.

In terms of its application field, the AOD526 is suitable for many different type of applications.
