The AON6812 is a low-voltage, low-power, high-efficiency power supply MOSFET array with 8 N- and P-channel depletion-mode MOSFETs. Its application relies on the ability of the P-channel MOSFETs to draw current away from the power supply and the N-channel MOSFETs to direct it to the load.When the gate voltage (Vg) is low, both the N- and P-channel MOSFETs are in the off state, the device is in a rest state, no current flows and no power is delivered to the load.When the gate voltage is high, the P-channel MOSFETs are in the on state, drawing current from the power supply, and the N-channel MOSFETs are in the on state, delivering it to the load. In this state, power is delivered to the load and the AON6812 can regulate the current.The AON6812 also has a transient response feature. When a switch is turned on, the device will respond quickly, delivering current within nanoseconds.
