The APT19F100J is a single N-channel enhancement mode Trench MOSFET designed for applications requiring low RDS(on), high speed switching, and low gate charge. It is suitable for use in highside switching, DC/DC converters and power factor correction (PFC) circuits. This device is provided in both single and dual packages. The APT19F100J transistor is designed to operate as an ideal switch, capable of carrying large currents at voltages in excess of 200 VDC and switching rapidly between ON and OFF states.
