MPS6727 is a low-power bipolar junction transistors (BJT) designed by Moscow-based manufacturer Moscow State University of Instrumentation Engineering (MISiS). They are widely used in data processing, communications and security systems. The transistors are made using advanced manufacturing techniques and features a low-voltage operation, a low input current and a high-frequency current gain.The MPS6727 is a single BJT with an internal VBE (base-emitter) diode and two terminals - the base and the emitter.
