The N25Q064A13ESF40F TR is a Quad SPI serial NOR Flash memory device designed to store code and data. It is built with an 8-pin Quad SPI interface allowing it to communicate with SPI-supporting host microcontroller platforms including ARM Cortex and AVR platforms, CPLD devices and any other digital interface that can support the SPI protocol. It is also used in some non-volatile memory applications.
