N25Q128A13E1440F TR is a 3V non-volatile semiconductor memory chip with a storage capacity of 128Mb (16 Mbyte). It is mainly used in Flash memory storage, BIOS storage, portable terminal storage, automotive navigation storage, ordinary equipment storage and so on.
