N25Q256A13ESF40F TR (hereinafter referred to as "N25Q"), an advanced single-oriented non-volatile memory product, is produced by Micron Technology, Inc and has a wide range of applications in many industries, such as industry, automotive, consumer electronics and medical devices. The N25Q TR is a non-volatile memory device composed of a single die and 256 Mbits of NAND Flash. It is capable of providing high transfer speed of up to 104MHz, providing dense data storage and real-time access to stored data, meeting the requirements of various applications.
The N25Q TR is designed with advanced features. It has embedded enhanced error-correcting code (EECC) technology, which enhances the integrity of stored data and improves data reliability.
