NTD23N03RG Working Principle

In brief, the NTD23N03RG works by controlling the flow of current between the drain and the source. It is driven by an input voltage that is applied between the gate and the source. When the voltage applied between the gate and the source is decreased, the number of electrons moving from the source to the drain decreases, thus decreasing the drain current.
