The PDTC144EQAZ is a pre-biased single, bipolar transistor. It is designed primarily to serve as an interface between low-level analog and digital signals, often as part of a more complex circuit. Pre-bias provides an improved input impedance, noise immunity and output current drive capability.

The PDTC144EQAZ consists of two semiconductor devices, a collector and a base.
