The working principle of this Flash Memory IC is quite simple. The device is connected to an address and data interface through SN[9:0], and all necessary control signals for operation. Then, the SN, and CE signals are used to initiate all read/write operations, making the device ideal for embedded systems which can be operated with only one power supply. The S29GL032N90TFI010 supports up to four read and write functions, including the program, the erase, the read, the status, and the reset operations.
The program and erase operations are used to write and store the data, while the read and reset operations are used to retrieve and reset the data.
