The TNY288DG is a Primary-Side Regulation, Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) flyback regulator with a built-in transformer. This device operates over a wide input voltage range, featuring integrated 650V power MOSFET, oscillator, and primary-side control circuitry to regulate an isolated output voltage. The device offers a simple and cost-effective solution for 5W or less isolated power supplies, reducing the BOM count and design complexity compared to a traditional secondary-side control solution.
