AOD4184A is a N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET, designed primarily for audio applications. It utilizes a vertical DMOS structure which can be connected to the source terminal in 3 different configurations. It also offers a low on-state resistance and gate-source threshold voltage which is ideal for driving bipolar junction transistors (BJT) while maintaining a low source-drain voltage drop even at high current.
