AON4420 is a high-voltage, low-Rdson, P-channel MOSFET that comes with an 17.5-V VGS and an extremely low 50-mV Rdson rating. It is specially designed for power conversion and load switch, and can be applied in low-voltage power electronics including chargers, sensors, robotics, and portable industrial equipment.
