AON4703 is an advanced logical level-shifting transistor withing the AON series of transistors. It is designed by GlobalFoundries, and is a single-gate metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor, or MOSFET. The transistor is capable of level-shifting from 3.3V to 5V at frequencies of up to 20MHz, ideal for use in next generation electronic applications.
AON4703 uses a high-temperature depletion-mode, trench MOSFET process, and features a low resistance Source-drain path, allowing current to flow between the drain and source connections. AON4703 operates by relying on the back-gate voltage to shift the drain-source threshold voltage.
