AON6154 is a small-size, high-performance and high-reliability power MOSFET enabling system efficiency and space savings. The device is optimized for soft switching and hard switching applications in wide range of applications. It is designed for 3.2 V to 6.8 V supply voltage, and it is well suited for unregulated to low voltage regulated systems.

The device is an advanced power MOSFET that uses a low resistance DMOS structure with an embedded gate. This structure provides excellent load-bearing performance, along with improved reliability and greater power density. It incorporates a low on-resistance channel, controlled by an on-chip driver, to provide superior overload protection and transient performance.

The device has an interleaved gate structure which allows for fast switching times, reduced power losses, and improved system efficiency. It also offers a very good thermal performance and minimal EMI generation. In addition, it has an integrated dual gate structure with an integrated symmetrical driver gate, which significantly reduces the need of gate charge current.
