AON7404 application field and working principle

AON7404 is a single-channel enhancement mode N-type vertical MISFET (Metal Insulated Silicon Field Effect Transistor) intended for use in linear applications such as low voltage, low current motor-control, home appliance, solid state relay, and lighting applications. It is a very versatile device which can be used in a broad range of applications.

The properties of the AON7404 are such that it has low on-resistance, low input and output capacitance, low power consumption, and low disturb immunity.
