AS6C4008-55STIN is an 8-bit high-speed static random access memory (SRAM) chip manufactured by Alliance Semiconductor. It is a high performance, low power CMOS memory integrated circuit with fast access time, defined by the manufacturer as 8-55ns. AS6C4008-55STIN is compatible with both 3.3V and 5V based systems.

Working principle
