The AUIRFP1405 is an Advanced UltraFET power Mosfet. Developed by International Rectifier (now owned by Infineon Technologies), it is a single-channel enhancement-mode power MOSFET with exceptionally low on-state resistance. This makes it well-suited for use in high-current applications. As such, the AUIRFP1405 is found in many modern power supply designs.

Working Principle

The actual operation of the AUIRFP1405 is quite simple. It consists of a source and drain electrode and a gate electrode.
