The AUIRFR2905Z is a single N-channel Enhanced POWER MOSFET. It is a long-lasting, reliable and high-efficiency transistor which can be used in a wide range of applications. This N-channel transistor provides excellent switching and power performance, with very low gate charge and low on-state resistance for high switching frequency.

The major features of the AUIRFR2905Z MOSFET are its built-in 5V logic-level threshold, its low on-state resistance, and its low gate charge. The device has low capacitance and high current capabilities which allow it to be used in many types of switching applications.
