DMN3015LSD-13 is an advanced array switch, which is used for industrial, automotive and telecommunications. It is a fabrication of monolithic double side MOSFET, containing two independent MOSFETs connected in a single package. It has a wide range of applications, from automotive systems, power supplies to industrial computing.The DMN3015LSD-13 contains two n-channel MOSFETs with a maximum drain-source voltage of 15V for each element. The maximum drain current for each element is of 1.5A. It operates with a logic level of 0.8V, controlling a maximum of 0.03A of on-state drain current.
