FDMS7606 is a dual N-channel Vertical DMOS FET array. It integrates two N-Channel FETs, one high-side FET and one low-side FET, in a small SOT23-6 package. The device is specified for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The compact SOT23-6 package is designed for space-saving applications.
