FZT657TC is a kind of high-voltage and current control transistor. It is mainly used in the control circuit that needs to detect high voltage object, or in the circuit that needs to be widely used in horizontal or vertical deflection circuit of television. The device provides high collector breakdown voltage and low collector input capacitance.This device belongs to transistors - bipolar(BJT) - single. It uses a three-layer PNPN structure with an integrated collector-emitter-collector mode. It uses two doped surfaces, collector and emitter, to form a semiconductor "sandwich". When current flows through the base, the resistance between the collector and the emitter is reduced. For each type of transistor, the current through the base controls the current through the collector and emitter.The working principles of FZT657TC are as follows: firstly, an electric field will be created in the area between the collector and emitter. This electric field can control the number of electrons in the area between the collector and emitter. When the current flows through the base, the electric field will increase, the electrons will move from the emitter to the collector and therefore, a big current is created from the collector to the emitter which is called the collector current. Secondly, when the base current increases, the collector-base region is given a greater potential drop and therefore the collector current decreases. Finally, when the base current decreases, the collector-base region is given a smaller potential drop and the collector current increase.FZT657TC offers a wide range of applications in both commercial and industrial use. Because of its high voltage, it can be used in the control circuit that needs to detect high voltage objects. Additionally, it can be widely applied in the horizontal or vertical deflection circuit of television. Additionally, it can be used in other circuit control and switching applications.FZT657TC is the development of bipolar transistors in recent years.
