The IRFC4020D is a single-channel, 200V, logic-level enhancement-mode, n-channel MOSFET. It utilizes a DMOS structure and a vertical DMOS technology with extremely low on-resistance. IRFC 4020D provides a fast switching time and superior RDS(ON) figures. It is packaged in the 3-pin TO-252 and provides a low cost, low noise solution for high frequency applications.
The IRFC4020D application field is mainly used for high-performance switch-mode drives, motor control, DC-DC converters and solid-state relays. It is also suitable for application in high frequency secure power switch and analog switch. IRFC4020D MOSFETs is the best for the switching system of the power, EMI filter or the voltage regulator due to its good performance features such as low gate charge, low input capacitance, fast switching time, and low Rdson.
The working principle of IRFC 4020D is based on the use of an N-channel MOSFET.
